Beginning this week is a program of events for “Live Projects 2: SECA Art Award” featuring artists: Zarouhie Abdalian, Josh Faught, Jonn Herschend, and David Wilson. From November 13th through the 17th is a series of events including screenings, talks, workshops, and performances created in collaboration with the artists.

Rediscover what’s around you through art and ideas. Unfolding at diverse locations throughout the Bay Area, our bimonthly Live Projects series explore how the work of particular artists opens new and alternative perspectives on who we are and where and how we live. Each installment of Live Projects is anchored by an artist talk at SFJAZZ Center, San Francisco with a circuit of events inviting audiences on a journey through the cultural and physical geography of our region. “Live Projects 2” emerges from the projects and practices of the latest winners of the SECA Art Award, SFMOMA’s biennial award honoring Bay Area artists: Zarouhie Abdalian, Josh Faught, Jonn Herschend, and David Wilson.
