Thursday, July 3, Phillips hosts the first UK auction dedicated to digital art. The prestigious auction house has partnered with Tumblr to present an impressive collection of digital artworks, including paintings, sculptures, photographs, installations, and more. Curated by Lindsay Howard, this selection of work emphasizes the new influences and techniques relevant to digital art, as well as new forms of display, and new understandings of materiality and its acquisition.

Lindsay Howard is featured in the current issue of SFAQ, in conversation with Ceci Moss and Andrew McClintock about curating digital artwork, the evolution of the Internet as a creative platform, the previous digital art auction she curated for Phillips (New York), and more.

The auction begins July 3 at 7 pm.
